Kathryn Anne Flynn

Centre Director & Registered Psychotherapist

Hello, I'm Kathryn! I believe that psychology is about understanding and improving our relationship with ourselves, others, our minds, and the world around us.

I work with adults and couples or parents and children navigating trauma, stress, and disconnection to foster calm, insight, and meaningful change. My integrative approach draws on neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatic practices to support healing at both mind and body levels.

“Our goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible in a therapy practice that offers dignity, creativity, and support to your healing journey. Asking for help and sitting down with a therapist can be nerve-wracking, and the work isn’t easy - life changing work rarely is! A warm and nurturing space can go a long way in easing the difficulty and elevating the breakthroughs.”
