Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying

I’m a collector of mugs, houseplants, and stories, and creativity is at the heart of how I live and see the world. You’ll usually find me at the thrift store, laughing at something absurd, or creating something out of nothing - whether it’s pottery, DIY projects, or gardening. Friends describe me as genuine and open-hearted, and I think that’s because I care deeply about people feeling safe to be themselves. I’m drawn to warmth, authenticity, and a kind of imperfect beauty that feels lived-in and real, and this is the kind of space that I strive to create for my clients!

Who do I see? Teens, adults and couples.

My Approach

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and sharing your most tender parts takes a lot of courage. I aim to meet that courage with honesty and warmth, showing up as my authentic, imperfect self so you can do the same. It's like talking to a trusted friend, but with the tools and support to help you heal and grow!

Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, or the weight of past trauma. Some are navigating major life transitions, questioning their sense of identity, or feeling pressure to live up to the expectations of others while losing touch with who they truly are. Together, we untangle these experiences and make space for you to discover what feels authentic and meaningful to you.

My approach blends experiential and somatic practices, which means we pay attention to what’s happening in the present moment (your emotions, thoughts, and body sensations), as a way to make difficult feelings less overwhelming and more manageable. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Existential Therapy, always tailoring our work to fit your needs.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud plant mom and love spending time nurturing my little jungle at home. As someone who’s neurodivergent, I’ve grown to embrace my creativity and the unique way my brain sees the world. Whether it’s pottery, thrifting, or DIY projects, there’s something deeply fulfilling about creating just for the joy of it, not for how it looks to others, but for how it feels to bring something new to life!
