Where are you in west Ottawa?

We’re four minutes from the 417 exit for Stittsville Main/Carp Road. Our address is 2900 Carp Rd Unit 1, Ottawa, ON K0A 1L0

Free parking is available right in front of our door. When you come in, help yourself to tea, hot chocolate, or slippers, and enjoy the comfortable, beautiful space we’ve created that will delight kids and adults alike.

Several clients have suggested they’d like to nap in our waiting room! You’re also welcome to do a colouring meditation, read a book, or simply hang out and take it in.

Every therapist at the Wren Centre is trauma-informed, approaching all clients with sensitivity towards each individual's experiences. We offer different approaches, including shorter forms of therapy for specific concerns, as well as potentially longer term support for folks who need support over time.
