Lindsay Kiervin

Therapist, MSW

I’m a calm and curious person who finds joy in slowing down and paying attention — whether that’s on a hiking trail, in a yoga class, or while trying a new recipe. Outside of work, I try to be outside as much as I can! I’m endlessly interested in what helps people feel more at ease in themselves and in their lives. My work is guided by patience, compassion, and a deep belief in the power of self-understanding.

Who do I see? Children (ages 7+), teens, adults, couples, and families. (Virtual only).

What concerns do I work with? Anxiety/depression, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), trauma, communication skills, relationships, emotion regulation, grief, life transitions, and beyond.

If you’re interested in working together, you can book a Free Consultation or Intake session.

My Approach

Whether you are looking for support with a specific mental health challenge, feeling stuck in life, or just not like yourself, I aim to collaboratively support you during these times.

These challenges can significantly impact our sense of well-being and create a great deal of stress in our lives. I am committed to working with individuals and families and supporting them through difficult periods to the other side. I will incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, attachment theory, Solution Focused, as well as art and play therapy.

I strive to create a warm and non-judgemental environment that allows you to feel comfortable exploring the issues you are struggling with so we can work together to resolve them.
