Chloe Yuhsuan

Registered Psychotherapist

I'm a passionate seeker of meaningful conversations and a believer in the power of lived experiences. My work aligns perfectly with my innate curiosity and desire to understand the human story. Outside of my professional life, I find joy in the simple pleasures: engaging in heartfelt chats with my husband and teenage boys, taking rejuvenating walks in nature with my dog, losing myself in the pages of a good book, and expressing my creativity through art. I cherish those quiet moments when I can pause and simply breathe, connecting with the present.

Who do I see? Children (5+), teens and adults.

My Approach

Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, identity shifts, or developmental transitions, especially children, youth, and families. Some are exploring new possibilities in their lives, seeking a safe space to reconnect with themselves, or looking for creative ways to express what words alone can’t capture. I believe healing is possible, and that each person has their own unique way forward. Together, we’ll explore what feels authentic and supportive for you.

My approach blends art therapy with trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered practices. I integrate mindful and body-oriented methods to help bring lived experiences into the present moment, allowing space for the whole self to emerge. Whether through creative expression or talk therapy, we’ll work collaboratively to find the right approach for your needs. I believe that combining bodily awareness with the creative process can foster deep and lasting change.
